Weight No More is a medically-based, comprehensive weight management program. Focused on nutrition and fitness, the eight-week program provides guidance in both group and individual settings to ensure positive results.
Weight No More begins with an orientation to the program:
The exercise specialist will meet individually with participants to complete health age assessments and develop a personalized exercise plan. Participants will also meet individually with a registered dietician to discuss diet history, family medical history, establish realistic weight goals and develop a food journal.
Once all participants have completed their individual sessions, the group will meet twice weekly for exercise and nutrition classes.
Nutrition
The nutrition classes will focus on healthy eating for weight loss. A registered dietician will teach participants behavior modification, portion control, healthy snacking, cooking for weight loss and more.
